Abstrak
The objective of this study is to determine the effect of interpersonal communication, work discipline, and work motivation on job satisfaction through work performance variables both partially and simultaneously at Starbucks Coffee Region 6. The research method used quantitative method with path analysis model. The selected sample are employees of Starbucks Coffee Region 6 in 2018. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, through work performance variables partially or simultaneously.
