PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, SUASANA DAN DEKORASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of quality product, atmosphere and design to customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 200 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents and analysis using structural equation model (SEM) with the aid of LISREL 8.80 software. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Product variable positive influence on customer satisfaction, The atmosphere variable positive influence on customer satisfaction, and Design variable negative influence to customer satisfaction at Restaurant Two Stories Bogor
