Abstract
This study aimed to determine whether there is a significant effect of leadership style and employee performance Blitzmegaplex motivsi Bekasi Cyber Park. The variables used in this study is the style of leadership, Motivation and Employee Performance. Leadership variables denoted as variables X1, X2 variable denoted as motivation, while the employee's performance is denoted as variable Y. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire study and measurement of the three variables studied five-level Likert scale. The samples in this study were 30 employees Blitzmegaplex Bekasi Cyber Park. Data analytics tools used were chi-square, non paramterik and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis of the data also indicates that there is a significant effect of leadership style on employee performance and motivation Blitzmegaplex Bekasi Cyber Park.
